How much is delivery?
UK Mainland
Good news! Orders over £25 are free.
If your order is under £25, the following delivery rates are charged:

Offshore UK
For items being delivered to the Highlands and Offshore regions of the UK, our courier charges additional rates:

When will I receive my order?
Orders under £20
To ensure we keep the delivery cost as low as we can for the customer, this may take 2-3 working days.
Orders over £20
For UK Mainland, if you order before 11am, the great news is you’ll receive your items within 2 working days.
For Offshore UK (including Scottish Highlands), items ordered before 8pm will take 2 working days to be delivered.
International deliveries usually take between 3-7 working days.
Who will deliver my order?
For orders under 2kg, usually Royal Mail.
For orders over 2kg, usually DHL.
On occasion to ensure we provide the most cost effective method for your shipment, your order may arrive in 2 separate packages. You shall always be informed with the fulfillment confirmation of this situation.
Can I collect?
Yes. You may collect from our brewery at Unit 24, Shires Bridge Business Park, York, YO61 3EQ. Please ensure to contact info@fitchbrewco.com before collecting to arrange a time.
Where is my parcel?
If you haven't received anything within 7 working days, please contact info@fitchbrewco.com quoting your order reference and the team will resolve this for you.
