Nitro Coffee is the result of infusing nitrogen gas into a coffee, similar to how beverages such as Coca-Cola are infused with carbon dioxide. The difference, however, comes from the gases themselves. Nitrogen bubbles are much smaller than those produced by a carbon dioxide infusion, and as a result creates a much smoother final product with a barista-quality head of foam.
